"This "shout out" is long overdue. I recently had to increase my renters insurance and thankfully because of the level of professionalism that I always receive from this agency...it was done without any interference to my current policy and certainly did give me "peace of mind" my rate was minimal in regard to what I thought it would be. I have my auto with them as well. If you're looking for a reputable insurance company with amazing personnel...this is the place!"

"It was my extreme pleasure to be assisted today by such a professional, caring representative at our Insurance company. I explained our situation with our previous Prodvider who sent us a " renewal for renters insurance we had requested to be canceled shortly after we purchased it last year when They decided to drastically raise my husband's auto insurance rates!" I explained to Ms Melissa that the Representative at All care stated that " she saw a notation on our account to cancel the policy but they " never received a signature"? My husband paid in advance for an entire year of renters insurance and was due a large refund. Ms Melissa researched our policy and did indeed verify we opened a new renters policy and contacted All Care providing the necessary proof required. She was so sweet and understanding and helpful. We are so grateful for all her assistance in this matter. Thanks to her wisdom and investigation of our claim We were able to provide the other company proof that we did indeed change companies and are now waiting to resolve the over payment and receive our refund. I highly recommend All State to anyone bespecially after the caring personalized service we received today. I give her a 100! Very pleased"

"Incorrect expectations were set by the insurance agent. The driving record is NOT pulled during quotes as previously explained through text messages with Riya. The incorrect information has cost me a lot of TIME today as I needed to backtrack so I could reinstate with my current insurance company, all while having back to back conference calls all day. Please know your product before answering any questions."

"Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.  We make every effort during our initial conversation with customers to uncover any tickets or accidents so that we provide an accurate quote.  Unfortunately, there are times when we do not have all of the necessary information upfront, and this causes a quote to not be accurate.  Occasionally, customers misremember the dates of tickets or accidents when they are recalling events that happened up to 3 years ago. If you have any questions or wish to discuss this further please give the office a call. "

"Let me start with saying I'm so thankful that I reached out to you guys. Well. Thankful that you reached out to me. I got more than I Expected I've never had such a great customer experience. "Legitimately the most unprofessional, inadequate group I have ever encountered in a professional setting. Correspondence is awful, when you can connect with a live person who isn't on lunch they're enjoying it through the entire call. This specific office has been plagued with unprofessional chaos from the moment I signed up. Sure, stay with State Farm but AVOID THIS AGENT AND OFFICE AT ALL COST."

"Definitely not the kind of service I was expecting when I heard about the small business and personalized agents to assist. Not what I expected or experienced. I wanted to get home and auto which seem to be a great deal here, once I got everything set up and paid in full they could not get the name correct on the policy said they called to confirm the correct name and it was showing correct on their side and said once underwriting is completed that is when it will show but then I got the he auto policy papers I. The mail and the names were still incorrect. I had to call them about this matter again. At this point I received a new bill for the home insurance of a higher premium that was quoted, when I tried calling there was no answer maybe already closed so I called the 1-800 number for the website and I guess Jake was not available or could help me in any way and was trying to refer me back to the agents. When I do get in contact with the agents they had no idea what was going on or why or how I would have gotten a bill with a higher premium amount. So after 3 days they returned my call explaining why the increase, at that point I just cancelled all the policies, they said I’ll get the refund through the credit card that was used to pay, that didn’t happen I had to wait for 2 separate checks 2 weeks apart. I was very disappointed the amount they took for the 15 days of auto coverage but at this point it was no use trying to contact this agent about anything else I was just very happy to move on. They didn’t seem to be there for me when I needed them, not readily available for my needs, does not have in the information for my policy, does not have the ability to address my concerns."
