"Legitimately the most unprofessional, inadequate group I have ever encountered in a professional setting. Correspondence is awful, when you can connect with a live person who isn't on lunch they're enjoying it through the entire call. This specific office has been plagued with unprofessional chaos from the moment I signed up. Sure, stay with State Farm but AVOID THIS AGENT AND OFFICE AT ALL COST."

"Definitely not the kind of service I was expecting when I heard about the small business and personalized agents to assist. Not what I expected or experienced. I wanted to get home and auto which seem to be a great deal here, once I got everything set up and paid in full they could not get the name correct on the policy said they called to confirm the correct name and it was showing correct on their side and said once underwriting is completed that is when it will show but then I got the he auto policy papers I. The mail and the names were still incorrect. I had to call them about this matter again. At this point I received a new bill for the home insurance of a higher premium that was quoted, when I tried calling there was no answer maybe already closed so I called the 1-800 number for the website and I guess Jake was not available or could help me in any way and was trying to refer me back to the agents. When I do get in contact with the agents they had no idea what was going on or why or how I would have gotten a bill with a higher premium amount. So after 3 days they returned my call explaining why the increase, at that point I just cancelled all the policies, they said I’ll get the refund through the credit card that was used to pay, that didn’t happen I had to wait for 2 separate checks 2 weeks apart. I was very disappointed the amount they took for the 15 days of auto coverage but at this point it was no use trying to contact this agent about anything else I was just very happy to move on. They didn’t seem to be there for me when I needed them, not readily available for my needs, does not have in the information for my policy, does not have the ability to address my concerns."

"It's been a great experience working with State Farm car insurance and the claim department. Most recently, I spoke with Eli Goodman. Although it was my 2nd attempt trying to reach my insurance agent, he quickly processed what I needed and were able to answer all my questions. Thanks to all the professional teams at State Farm! The only suggestion for improvement is that State Farm needs to improve on their wait time when calling the claim department. The wait is usually a minimum of 1+ hours."

"Spoke with Keri today. An excellent agent representing State Farm insurance companies. She had spoken with me about a month ago about some quotes for autos and renters insurance. I had almost forgotten about our conversations when she touched base with me, ready with her quotes. We made a deal. She was very open and laughed at my jokes. Corny as that may sound, I like people who have a sense of humor. Plus she under cut the price of what I was paying and managed to toss in a bundled package for less than I was paying for just my auto insurance with another company. For the same coverage all the way around. Go Keri!!!"

"I have a policy with State Farm in which my husband is listed as just a DRIVER. My husband called abt adding a new vehicle to HIS policy. Since that policy had motorcycles on it there was no bundle savings for him. For some reason Lacie Harris brought up my policy then his vehicle was added to MY POLICY without speaking to me at all. She didn't know if we were going thru a divorce, separation or anything. She didn't even know if he was really my husband. Bottom line...She should have spoken to me and gained my approval before adding anything to MY POLICY. I pay tht bill which is auto drafted from my acct mthly not his. I don't have a problem with the new vehicle being added but it's how it was done. I was not going to say no but I TRUSTED this company with my business and policy but to add things and not confirm or talk to me abt it is unexceptable. It was not my husband's place to talk to me abt it it was hers to do before she added anything. She should have asked to speak to me, explain it then gain my ok. To be the OFFICE MANAGER I would think she should know better. I work in customer service with peoples accounts everyday and this is NOT what you do. You are supposed to protect my acct and information. I have a life insurance policy for my son, when he turned 18 it was turned over to him. Even though I am the beneficiary and still paying for the policy State Farm WILL NOT tell me anything abt it. Now how can you just add things and not talk to me the policy owner. I'm confused on this one but I will be looking for another insurance company and moving ALL of our policies thanks to Lacie Harris. I did call the office and spoke with a nice young lady I believe her name was Carry (not sure). She apologized but it was not on her. Lacie has yet to reach out to me. At this point she doesn't have to. State Farm I have been doing business with you for over 25 years and NEVER experienced anything like this before. I'm truly disappointed. Looking over my policy my husband isn't even listed as a driver as he was supposed to be."
